Default Does Creatine lower Testosterone levels?

Recently in one of the nitrix oxide threads, there was a debate about L-Arginine indirectly lowering testosterone levels and Doug verified this.

I just read that "Creatine is a natural substance made up of 3 amino acids: L-Glycine, L-Arginine and L-Methionine"... so does that mean Creatine too lowers testosterone levels, since it contains Arginine?

can anyone comment on this? thanks

I've never heard of this about Creatine Monohydrate.

But it shouldn't have that much in it to actually do something to lower your test.

I'm not exactly sure if any product(unless taken alone in high dosages) will have any affect on you. From what I knew, L-Arginine was just a amino acid.. I don't think you have anything to really worry about...
