My wife is doing the 2 day fat loss and muscle tone workout. There are a few exercises that we can not find what they are...
1.) muffin tops 1-30 each side
2.) mountain climbers 1-30
3.) butt kicks(weighted) 1-50 each leg
4.) fireman buttkicks 1-50 each leg
also is there another exercise that she could substitute push ups, and lunges with. She can't quite do push ups and doesn't feel comfortable doing lunges at this time. But still wants to get a workout...
