    Default What is the average bicep size?

    Hello,
    I'm just starting out at the gym and I've been wondering what the average bicep size is in the general public (I know it's probably bigger here :P). Friends say my biceps are larger then average, although I think they are average or maybe even under average :S.

    I'm 17 years old and my biceps are currently 14". Here is a preview of them below:


    I basically want to know a: how good my biceps are now, and b: what is the size for average adult biceps

    12 or 13" is average I believe.

    you have a decent bicep. You want it to cut, and show that tricep to though. Ummm. How long have you been working at the 14" bicep?

    Well that's the thing, I'm only starting out and the pic you can see is me before any working out.

    Wierd... Mine is up to 15" yet i still feel scrawny. I feel like i need to teat more and weigh more. im up to 187lbs and i still feel small. :-(

    I knew I set myself up for that one Doug! lol. Im going to bulk for 2-3 more months then cut. my lifetime goal is 18-20 inch wit 8% bodyfat with Whatever lbs that comes with. lol.     I have 14 inches of gun meat, but looks small where I'm not short - I'd like 15 inches by the end of the year...

    im 16 years old just.....
    am 5 ft 11 and weigh in at 192.4lbs....
    my biceps are 17.8inches am workin on then i want them up at 20 or even 28 like mariusz pudzianowski!
    just keep up the work and you will get your goals as long as you keep focused!

    LOL mine is just under 17 and I feel not so great about it.. I see a smaller person than I am.. unless somebody else is in a mirror beside me.

    haha, Puzian's arms are only 22". You'd have to be Greg Valentino to have 28" arms. My arms are 18 and 18.25 left and right, but they look proportionate to my body being 6'4".

    ah well i think they are more 24" jus proves the ****e that ppl say on teh internet his own site says he has 28" biceps! lol
    but you have to admit he is one hell of an athlete!!!
    i mean look at the other strongmens physiques they have a lot of muscle but a big stomach! eg phil pfister!
    but pudzianowski is ripped!!

    my aim is to have a physique like pudzianowski and nee....
    and considering i turned 16 yesterday i have plenty of time to do it!
    although i have only just started workin out.....
    but because i cant afford equipment or gym memberships i just get my brother to sit on my bed and i bench it........
    and then i get mum dad and brother and deadlift.......
    any tips on how to train in the home!!!!! because we dont have that many heavy things except from a car but thats a way off yet!
    help would be appreciated thanks.....

    Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but anyone who wants to have a phyique like Pudzianowski has little to no chance of achieving it, that man is a genetic freak. If you want to build a decent body then you want to start going to a gym, get a part time job to afford a gym membership, your not going to build muscle just by benching your brother on the bed...
