    Default how to get that big cut looking shoulder on the side.

    its hard to explain but how would u best develope the side of your shoulder to get that cut circular look on the side of your shoulders? thanks

    Side laterals work pretty well for me.. just dont go past horizontal on that.
    Squat 2.1x BW Squat, 1.75xBW Bench Press, 2.5xBW Deadlift (425/350/500)
    205 lbs @7%

    so you put dumbbells n each hand and lift them up how far up your side?

    Horizontal with your shoulders.. that is an isolation exercise, make sure you do your compounds such as military press and seated dumbbell press first..

    I do this workout once a week & my shoulders are developing very well.

    Dumbbell Lat raise - 12/10/8/6
    Barbell front raise - 12/10/8/6
    Military press - 12/10/8/6
    Lying rear delt raise - 12/10/8/6

    is it better for less weight and more sets or more weight and less reps for the shoulders? ( side laterals?

    Some people would have different opinions about this, Id say set the perfect weight for yourself to do 4 sets - 12/10/8/6

    people respond different more weight low reps and low weight and high reps it all depends on you. as far as exercises hthat link muscletrainer showed you will fullfill all your exercise needs
