    Default Getting Back into BodyBuilding

    I have been away from Lifting Weights and Body Building for several years and am out of the loop on the latest and greatest. What is a good way to kick start a New Exercise Program and my Body Building routine?

    Not Trying to Pack on a lot of Muscle just enough to get back into shape and get rid of my gut.!
    I Enjoy Lifting Weights and Body Building
    After a Long Lay-Off I am Just Getting Back into Body Building,
    Any Advice would be Great Right about now.!

    I would try one of the cutting routines posted in the forums.

    I would suggest a beginners routine just to get your body used to training again before moving onto a split routine
