    You to cut belly fat,you really need a good diet with cardio.You know like figure out your daily caloric intake and -500.Of course once you will lose belly fat.And once you get your body fat there are excercises to help you define your abs.You know like crunches ,situps , and leg raises and what not.

    Its all about the diet. Belly fat is the last to go because your body carries weight where it is easily supported. Its like holding a 20kg dumbbell close to your body or extended at arms length... which one is easier... right so that's where your body stores fat first and takes it off of last. I am living proof. IF my mid-section was as cut as my shoulder and legs I would be satisfied... but its not so I keep plugging away and its slowly coming off.
    We have the technology, we can rebuild him, make him faster, stronger, better than before...

    What everyone else said....

    I've personally lost alot of weight and I've done it thru diet and exercise... The harder you work at it the better results you will see.
