Default Muscletech Nitrotech Hardcore vs. Dymatize Elite Whey Protein

hey guys...i need your advice...i wanna buy a whey protein powder and i'm between those two:
    Muscletech Nitrotech Hardcore
    Dymatize Elite Whey Protein
what i want is a protein to help me develop some muscle by takin only 2 servings per day...i also want the tub to last a month (i don't wanna go buying a new tub every week or so).
i want to make some real lean muscle!
so any help would be thankful...

It's important to understand that the protein powder in and of itself isnt the only thing that helps you build muscle, but gets you to your "protein gram target" if you are having trouble reaching that target through REAL FOOD.

(Do you know how much protein you need daily to reach your personal goals?)

That being said, go for which ever one is cheaper and has at least 60 servings per container. (30 days a month X 2 servings a day = 60 servings)

Be forewarned, Muscletech has a very annoying habit of inventing words and jargon that sound scientific so it seems their products are superior and worth the extra cost. But no study has proven that their "technologies" are actually more effective at delivering the protein than a cheaper version. DON'T FALL FOR IT.

so..in other words don't go for muscletech right?i thought so too...the bad thing is that i'm from greece and over here all supplements are extremely expensive.
also i need some 200gr of protein daily.

I'm sure muscletech has some good products, I just believe that they are over hyped and not worth the additional expense. Most swear by their PRE-WORKOUT products.

With a daily requirement of 200 grams of protein, and protein powder averaging 20 grams per scoop (Serving), you should be aiming for 160 grams of protein through real food and 40 grams of protein powder supplement.

I've heard some Okay stuff about Dynamatize Elite Way

It seems pretty similar to ON Whey from what I read.

24g protein per scoop, 5g glutamine, and some BCAA. It is also cheaper than ON whey.

ON Whey apparently mixes alot better but Dynamtize is fair bit cheaper.
Taste wise dynamtize is meant to be pretty good.

I was actually contemplating switching to Dynamtize from ON whey until I stopped taking supplements.

I only use Dymatize . The elite gourmet is good but I prefer the Fusion 7 chocolate peanutbutter. Very good stuff.
