There are loads of fish oil supplements out there, and as always the cheaper ones may not contain the amount stated, or may contain pesticides, with fish oil capsules the amount needed is about 6 X 1g capsules per day, light can destroy the benefits of oils, so if you buy any make sure they are sold in dark brown bottles, and preferably come inside a cardboard box. Personally I recommend using a product called UDO's Ultimate blend, which is a blend of all the essential oils in the right ratio's, is organic, comes in 500ml or 250ml bottles, (500ml = 500g essential fats) and you put this on your food, a couple of tsp in each meal, and have low fats in food should cover most peoples essential fat intake, the UDO's should be available in good gyms and health food shops, but the more athletic you are then the fat requirement would be higher in the day. Low fat does not work...
