Default Got Body Fortress as a gift

Well one of my family members decided to get me some whey protien and got body fortress, and ofcourse the first thing i did was to check it out on muscle and strength and see what you guys thought of it.

So it seems i have 908g of pure whey shi*t lol but i dont know what i should do. should i try it out? or should i get rid of it (which seems like a waste because theres so much of it)?

Ideally a good brand of Whey protein, either an Isolate or a Concentrate or a blend of Isolate and concentrate would be fine....

yeh and make sure its a fairly/very pure protein powder, you dont wanna be wasting loads of money on sumthing thats got loads of sugars and fats etc that are not needed or wanted, which body fortress protein products do, the first supps i took were theres and believe me i feel an idiot for wasting the money.
