Default Creatine with Cardio

If i were to have a workout that consist of just cardio and abs, do i still take my dose of creatine or leave out the creatine for that day??

Yes - creatine is a long-term thing. You need to take it every day, even when you're not working out. It takes about two weeks of daily usage to build up your creatine levels to where they should be, and you need to take it every day to maintain this level.

So even on rest days,,say for me its friday to sunday i should be taking my one hit of creatine each day?

Wont it fatten you up if you take creatine and your not even working out??

Thank you very much, that answered my question very well. One quick question. Im going away for a week next week and i wont be hitting the gym at all, should i be taking the creatine once a day through out the whole week as well?
