My shakes don't taste too bad...although I used to hate the taste so I've probably just gotten used to it. As far as side effects go I don't get any. The only thing that gives me wind is when i cook up a huge put of chilli and eat it every day after my workouts! Are you drinking the protein straight or adding carbs/creatine/anything else?

I know mine is pretty nasty itself. i usually use fresh strawberries a bananna big spoonful of peanut butter and some blueberries and blend em. when i dont have access to a blender i just mix my creatine with it and it is not too bad.

I get some gas with mine when I get over 60 grams - don't mix with ice cream, kinda defeats the purpose of eating right and getting the protein.
Milk is okay. Try a little fruit if you like and try a couple different flavors just to see what suits your taste buds best. I know some people that swear by Vanilla - bit I could never stomache it. If you use a blender, you can make a larger batch and split it up to take over a few days. |

Read the label, it should tell you. My protein bucket says you must drink it within 5mins of mixing it up so storing it wouldnt work
