Milk is teh number one reason for gas and that bloated feeling in stomach as well as intestines.

Lately i've been getting stomach pains from mine.
Its stopping now, so i must be getting used to the protein shake.

no side effects for me not even a bad taste. only thing is you could take massive hard dumps if you've never had that much protein everyday.

i use chocolate flavored whey, mixed in water its not the best tasting drink in the world but its not too bad either

I mix mine in the blender and leave the blender pitcher in the fride it stays ok leave the top on though!!! lol and you don't have to clean it as much either. I know you a few of you were talking about the taste the BSN protien strawberry is really good, but i don't usually buy it cause it's over priced.

Try (if you use chocolate) mixing it with chocolate soy milk, it tastes way better regular milk or chocolate milk (in a protien shake anyway) it's usually the same price as milk plus gives you an added couple of grams of protien!
