Yeah getting some gas isn't uncommon!

Last friday night I went to a poker game and most of the ppl playing were trainers and bodybuilders and through the whole game there was a symphony of farts! lol

Try EAS its good my itself. Just add some fruit. I have always had bad gas so I cant tell any dif.

I notice quite a few people are saying about having 'wind' and 'farting' after taking protein drinks

Is it after taking the protein drink with milk..??

Sometimes the 'gas' you get after protein shakes has more to do with the lactose, fillers and artifical crap that the supplement comanies do not have to disclose on the label...

Wink not rly side effect but...

I dont have too much crampage but I gotta complain about their heavyness, mine is a weight-gainer and has about 50 grams of protein and I gotta say it feels like a rock in the stomach...and it came in like Orange/Pineapple/Banada flavour, like Wt.ph kind of flavour is that?

mines weight gainer too vanilla

wow orange flavor i wish i had that

but yea my stomach feels so freakin bloated after i drink it and like ehhh
