Default Bsn Synthia and BSN Desser

What is the difference between in two products

1) Bsn Synthia 6
2) Bsn Dessert

Both are proteins, which is suitable for me???

In the other thread on this you said you currently take ON whey. Can you still get that? Because there is nothing wrong with that, it will meet your goals.

The dessert has added EFA in it over the Synth. Both claim to be made up of 6 different types of proteins which apparently meet all your protein needs for up to 7 hours. I say using a cheaper whey protein and a proper balanced diet will meet all your protein needs throughout the day and save you a bundle.

I agree that whey is the way to go( no pun intended). What are your reasons for wanting to use these proteins instead? If you are looking for a slow acting bedtime protein, you should use ON casein.

I havent checked josh but is casein whey about the same price wise as whey protein? I bet that would be much better to use instead of making a milk protein shake.

Oh sorry i didnt clarify. I meant at night time before bed. Thanks a lot i think i might get some casein next time i have the chance.

Yes, casein is much better than whey for a bedtime shake. I have read that it actually take up to about 7 hours to absorb. It's a great way to help keep your body in an anabolic state throughout the night!
