Protein in water vs milk
Does anybody else think protein powder in water is disgusting?
I can't handle it, have to have mine in milk

I agree I now use PHD Synergy and PHD Pharma whey (thanks for the advice possum!) and i use milk all the time and i think it tastes great!
just the thought of mixing it with water yuck!

when using water, i only use about 4oz of water a just shoot it like a shot.
Using ON tropical punch and banana/strawberry now..

You should always take with water for your post workout shake. Some brands do taste better than others, personally i use ON and i add my dextrose in there so it still tastes nice just sweet.

same here (but without the dextrose) and its not bad to choke down. You only have to do it once a day...
