Lifetime Fitness Multivitamin
Hey all,
I've just started taking Lifetime Fitness brand multivitamin. It's pretty expensive compared to what you get in the grocery store but it's cheaper than some of the Animal Paks and the like. Here's a link:

Anyone else used this? I've found I have a bit more energy throughout the day. Maybe it's a placebo effect. I like the idea of one serving in the morning and one in the evening. Also, it makes my pee bright yellow.

Personally i just take severn seas multibionta and that works fine and only costs me a fiver a month! |

from any health store or tesco's really but dont forget its only my personal appinion alot of others swear by animal pak/stak!

Animal Pak, contains a lot more than just Vits/Mins, and the best multi vit/min I have found is Solgar V2000 or V75 |
