creatine cycling, types, and timing
So I have been cycling creatine about every 4 weeks (4 weeks on, 4 weeks off). I am currently on my second week of the off-cycle. I just picked up some Xpand to try out for some pre-workout energy. It contains (if I read the label right) about 4.5g of creatine esther. I plan on only taking this on workout days early morning prior to hitting the gym(4 days a week...M T Th F). I normally take about 5g creatine monohydrate PWO and 5g before bed on non-workout days when I am cycling on.
I was wondering how the diff types of creatine (esther vs. mono) would affect the cycling phase, if at all, and if only taking this Xpand stuff 4 days a week would be enough to cancel out the effect of cycling?
