Default muscle juice

just got my 10.5 lb tub of Muscle Juice. was really cheap and looks like it has really good amino acid profile. i had the banana creme and it tasted great! i used it in a blender so it mixed up real well, and to my suprise, it wasnt super heavy or thick, and didnt make me feel like i was going to explode. i read on here before that someone had solid results from it. will keep posting results about this product.

i also had a question about when to take it. should i take it 30 mins after my post workout shake, then fallowed by a meal 1 hour later, or should i split it into 2 scoops 2 hours before workout then creatine supp 30 mins before workout, then post workout shake and 30 mins later other 2 scoops of weight gainer fallowed by a meal 1 hour later. whats you guys opinion? thanks for the help

you've only been training for 6-12 months why you bothering with creatine. take you weight gainer before you go to bed and drink the amino acid shake with the whey protein.

im 18, ive been working out for about 14 months now, so creatine should be fine for me. and why would i take a weight gainer before i go to bed? 1 serving has almost 200g carbs in it. if i took it before i went to bed in a week id gain about 10 lbs of fat lol. i take my weight gainer in the morning with eggs and in the afternoon when i get home from school. was just wondering if that was ok. or if it is better suggested sometime before/after workouts

Only thing I know about muscle juice is this. I know a guy who won the overall at the Jr. USA's, and won the overall at the State show here last year. The only thing the owner of the supplement store said he ever bought was that muscle juice

Take it in the morning and an hour or 2 after your workout.
