just got my 10.5 lb tub of Muscle Juice. was really cheap and looks like it has really good amino acid profile. i had the banana creme and it tasted great! i used it in a blender so it mixed up real well, and to my suprise, it wasnt super heavy or thick, and didnt make me feel like i was going to explode. i read on here before that someone had solid results from it. will keep posting results about this product.
i also had a question about when to take it. should i take it 30 mins after my post workout shake, then fallowed by a meal 1 hour later, or should i split it into 2 scoops 2 hours before workout then creatine supp 30 mins before workout, then post workout shake and 30 mins later other 2 scoops of weight gainer fallowed by a meal 1 hour later. whats you guys opinion? thanks for the help
