I am about to start animal M-Stack and Animal Pak at the same time. I heard there good to mix. I also take 100% whey protein. (once in the morning and once after the gym) and papaya enzymes. Im planning on going to the gym everyday for the 21 days.
I took a picture of myself now and im going to take a picture after the 21 days. Ill let u all decide if u see a difference. Thanks |

Ive nearly finished my M stack cycle, and its good shiz.
Gets you really fired up and if you take it properly you fookin own your workouts, ive also put on a lot of weight recently so i think its helping with that too. If you looking for something thatll give you more energy and focus in the gym go for it. Now onto the formadrol Then X-factor im a little supps tester machine

i take Animal Pak and animal m stack with NO Xplode or nano vapor. either works good for me.

hi guys, it's been awhile since i've tried a serious muscle building routine. now i would really like to start one but i have several issues.
1. i'm in the army. muscle mass might not be a good thing for my pt test. 2. i'm 34 years old but in good health. (i can outrun most of these guys) 3. i'm in Iraq and do not have much free time. my workouts are going to be after a 12 hour workday. 4. i do not know which exercises are best for what i want. 5. i'm at 154.2 lbs and would like to gain up to 170. 6. i'd like a noticeable difference b4 i go on leave in 35 days. 7. first time stacking supps. 8. i have a pt test in 2 1/2 weeks. 9. 15 to 30 minutes of running has to fit in evry workout. pros- i have animal stak and Animal Pak on the way (should arrive tomorrow hopefully) advanced whey protein, creatine powder mono, and no-xplode. the army makes us eat right and exercise daily. i've worked out with Animal Pak b4 and liked it. i haven't tried no-xplode but from what i've read it sounds good (i am one of those guys that reads reviews using the internet b4 buying something) that said i would've bought Anabolic Halo. but, i remember back in the day at a gym this really big dude told me nothing beats animal stak. not sure if i'm getting stak2 (prolly) but i tried to find the original and it says it is. sry for such a long post, but i thought this would be the best place for it. i'm 5 days into a routine at the gym. i drink 2 protein shakes a day.
