Hey there guys, Ive been readin all the posts about this product with loads of intrigue.
I'm fortunate enough to be store manager for a health, fitness and retail supplement company so when I get my sups I get to buy em below trade prices or equal to. But yeah one of the sups ive JUST bought and want to try out is Universal M Stack. Ive been training for 15 years now and tried ALOT of sups in my time. from something called Casilan 90 that was 90 percent calcium casinate which had the look taste and feel of went! but that was 15 years ago when sups were mega mass 3000 and snake oil! haha! Seriously the development of sups over the years has been amazing and maybe 15 years ago id say they wasnt essential but hell.. to me know and the changin lifestyles of kids today they are VERY essential. but i waffle.... looking at bman's progress Id say as he is still a young'an (no disrespect) he has way to much free natural testosterone floating around him to notice any real difference. I never recommend any test boosters to my customers if they are between 17 and 23. You guys just have literally testicles full of LH!!! Id invest my money in a good weightgainer and a creatine delivery system. So for a 30 year old like me who is having a rapid dip in test now the effect of M stak i reckon would be more profound. So anyways im gonna start my stack of M tomorrow so lets see what effect it has on me. the 30 year old ageing test deprived guy! Now ive used alot of sups in my time like i said and im stacking allsorts of stuff at the mo, ive also used let me say under the counter sups to for which ive been away from for over 5 years so i depend upon sups and good nutrition these days. I highly reccomment BSN's NO Xplode to anyone wanting a boost before training so BMAN if you want a pre-workout stimulator then my man invest your cash in that! Like I said ive used lots of sups and ive never had a sup work so quickly and for so long. so much so ive gotta come off it now as its been 2 months so im interested to see how M Stak will work with me... I'll keep you all posted. "keep pumping!" ![]() |

Hey Guys,
Well Ive had a whole week off (due to valentines 3 day break and a preceding cold viral bug (the bain of all bodybuilders). Now im ready to attack those weights again My old sup stak was: NO Xplode mixed with GN Enrage (blow ya socks off mini stak!) Muscletech Leukic Reflex Glutamine (20G - 2 X 10g one in my post workout drink and one before sleep on empty stomach.) CNP Pro Recover after training. Solgar VM75 Reflex AOC (anti-oxidants) My Protein sup was any brand protein blend 5Ib size like GN Perfomance whey, MetRX supreme whey, Reflex instant whey etc etc. Muscle Milk before 1 hour before sleep. As you can see im very thorough with my sups and try to fill ALL the gaps that I can. Like I said im lucky to be a store manager in a fitness and supplement health store!!! Anyways, I dont wanna go into to many details about the results of the prev stak, all i will say is, it worked very very well. But its not cost effective for me who even gets a lot of discount. I think it hurts me more that I have to cycle NO Xplode as I love that stuff....but only 4 weeks to wait before I can implement it again. So my new stak is as follows... (its still exessive but I was always a 'pepsi max' boy (to the extreme!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)) Universal Animal 'M'Stak. SAN BCAA Plus (it has more Methoxy Iso Flavone (200mg per serving) to compliment M Stak, as I know 200mg of this is the efficacy dose and M Stak i think just comes up short but im using M Stak as a Synergistic sup, to see if all these things will work in the melting pot as opposed to just alone. Glutamine (20g as before) This is essential in any bodybuilding stak. Nuff Said. Pro Recover after training (Bless you Dorian Yates) Isatori H Blocker (been readin about this and believe that one of the best compounds in NO Xplode was the cit Malate that buffered ammonia and lactic build up in muscle and H Blocker has it but without the caffeine and creatine ethyl ester(the reasons you gotta cycle NO Xplode). Solgar VM 75 and Reflex AOC (gotta keep them bugs under control, even though you can still get those nasty cold germs, but i guess i gotta keep the odds better for me staying healthy!) Im using Garnell Whey as an all over protein sup and Reflex Quattro as a before bed protein (4 types of protein in it that inc. Micellar Casein). No idea how things will pan out but i'll keep you all informed of the results. Im a solid 12 stone at 5 foot 6 with a 30" waist (a little loose not tight, mind as having a girlfriend who don't go the gym around I have a tendancy to eat pizza and other unhealthy items from time to time...well im only human!!!) And obviously the usual clean foods and eating every 3 hours, good carbs and protein, fats etc. Note one thing... im 30 now and i dont hap-hazardly just eat for the sake of eating I dont believe in bulking anymore im way to old to walk about with no neck and face looking like im smuggling nuts for the winter nor do I like to have an off season and on season wardrobe. I dont wear baggies anymore folks to hide an off season belly! I do believe that you do need to add some fat (cholesterol=testosterone) to gain muscle but not 2 stone of **** around your waist that when you do try to lose you end up taking your hard earned muscle with it. Slow and steady wins the race and Ive learnt patience is a virtue. I just wish I knew that when i was younger and 4 stones heavier than I am now and even though the kids thought I was HUGE and BUFF i felt like death warmed up and climbing 2 flights of stairs made my heart feel like it was dancing to the lastest death metal track or hardcore dance tune. I feel much healthier now (especially after knocking the steds on the head.) and a gain of 5 Ib of solid muscle over 6-8 weeks looks so much better than 2 stones of fat and muscle that only looks good in a t-shirt versus stripped to the waist...(trust me!). My training is the tried and tested whole body split over 5 days (1 bodypart per day, 4 working sets with 3 exercises reps around 8-10) NO cardio (Chris Aceto said it best; "Cardio will hinder any growth to muscle", doing this 20 mins to keep the heart healthy crap is not my bag as my very active sex life takes care of these avenues for me. anyways I cant wait to start this and see what happens... god bless sports supplementation!! |

I see you keep up with the times.....
In the articles competition it was very close between Bman and Tripper, and it was found out that Bman had got his mates to join the forum and vote on Bman's article. Apparently people were voting from the same area and from the same computer......So I'm afraid that Bman was banned from the forum. It was decided to ban him because of the way he had cheated in the article competition and also to keep the high respect and integrity of this forum.

I tried M-Stack for the full 21 days and to be honest, didnt notice a difference at all. I think the main reason being i was 23 when i tried it. It did come with a full money back guarantee though so you cant argue with that. Also, if you check the label, the level of testosterone in the m-stack is actually very small, infact, all it seems to have is a small level of everything. Gav
