right guys i bought some maximuscle cyclone and sum creatamax 300. it says on the tub to take creatine 4 times a day for 5 days with your shake. But if i take it with my shake 4 times a day i will run out too quickly. I planned on taking it with water or lucozade? and planned on taking my protien shake 3 times a week (training days) (60g). And just have a higher protien intake.. is that oryt. I will take creatine twice a day with water or lucozade. But i cant with protien shake it costs to much

Cyclone contains 10g creatine, so you wont need to take creatine whilst you are using this supplement. (unless you want to load up of the creatine before using the cyclone) With you saying that you aim to take the cyclone 3 times per week on training days, is your protein intake on your non-training days adequate...??

With regard to your protein intake I remember a post that you put at the beginning of December "i eat a crisp sandwitch for lunch usualy a brunch bar for breaki and for dinner i usualy have a jacket potato with tuna.... i am about 11.5stone" I might be old but I have a good memory :-)+ When you work the amount of protein per serving in the drink, and try and get the same protein or protein quality out of ordinary food you will find that the price of the solid food is probably more expensive.

That article was written as a promotional article. They want to sell their product. The article contradicts accepted scientific fact, and should not have been published in the mag (there may be a disclaimer buy the mag, however, since it is a promotional article.)
Rule 1: Never take creatine with an acidic fruit juice. Rule 2: Creatine must be taken with simple carbohydrates (glucose aka dextrose). Fruit juices are ideal for this purpose. Grape juice is the best fruit juice to take creatine with as it contains grape sugar aka dextrose or glucose. Creatine can be taken in water if you also take simple carbs with it at the same time. You can take a tablespoon of molasses or glucose, or even table sugar in the water, although the former are better. (Sucrose contains only 50% glucose; Molasses contains sucrose, glucose and fructose; pure glucose is best - it can be bought in bottles or found in grape juice.)

Put the creatine in a large glass, put your juice into it, stir thoroughly with a spoon, and drink straight away. (make sure it is well mixed) Make sure your creatine is from a well known supplement company, there are plenty of cheap creatine supplements that come from china, and dont mix up properly, plus the creatine is ineffective for training.
