Default Help.. 2 possible routes

Hi I need your help!!

Ok I've been at the gym for about 6 months, just about sorted out my diet and now am planning supplements, however i'm a little confused...

I'm 6ft, 23, 12.5st, average/slim build with a bit of a belly from previous beer abuse at university.

My aim is basically to look good and be able to take my top off with enough comfort etc..

My first route is: Using Promax and Creatine to help build muscle following the 4 day split, thinking that the muscle building will help burn fat and tone various regions

My second route is: Using Promax and USN Xedra-Cut SF (like Thermabol) to shed the fat (help to) and get rid of the gut before kicking off with the creatine.

I've got 2months before I may bump into my ex so evidently want to look good and also 6months before a holiday - what would you recommend?

Hi mate, at six foot and 12-1/2 stone I would suggest you get the diet sorted, and get on with the 4 day routine. once you have both of those sorted then go down the route of building and then cutting before your holiday.

Ok awesome cheers for the advice - if I was to crack onto the Creatine and Promax for example next week - would it do damage to my aim of being built within these few months / would it hinder my routine in the next month or so?

Promax is expensive for what it is, Ideally you want to be using a protein and carb supplement, USN Muscle Fuel STS is a good one, good protein and good carbohydrates (complex) and cheaper than the promax....

To start off lets have a look at your body fat percentage...Post your measurements into this thread and I can work out how much body fat and fat free mass you have, you can then see how long it would take you get down to a holiday body fat percentage...

lol...It doesn't matter what it is, the figure you get is your "start" figure, and work from there...

IF you got 6 months bulk now and cut later.

Get PHD Synergy protien shake, and some creatine monohydrate like nutrisport. Its good stuff
