Hi I need your help!!
Ok I've been at the gym for about 6 months, just about sorted out my diet and now am planning supplements, however i'm a little confused...
I'm 6ft, 23, 12.5st, average/slim build with a bit of a belly from previous beer abuse at university.
My aim is basically to look good and be able to take my top off with enough comfort etc..
My first route is: Using Promax and Creatine to help build muscle following the 4 day split, thinking that the muscle building will help burn fat and tone various regions
My second route is: Using Promax and USN Xedra-Cut SF (like Thermabol) to shed the fat (help to) and get rid of the gut before kicking off with the creatine.
I've got 2months before I may bump into my ex so evidently want to look good and also 6months before a holiday - what would you recommend?
