Dosage: Intrabolic: 1.5 scoops on training days ONLY; 3 pills IntraXCell before training, 3 pills evening (6 total Intraxcell pills/day) Workout Routine:
Weigh-in (start): 173 lbs. Intrabolic: TASTE: When mixed with cold water, taste is not that bad. sort of a diluted gatorade type flavor, hardly an issue drinking it down. MIX: as good as you could get- dissolved completely after 5-10 strong shakes in my blender bottle cup. no residue or clumps left @ bottom. ENERGY: see effects (below) EFFECTS: the endurance boost is definitely noticeable- i have been moving up in weight as well as pushing out the final reps in tough sets with much more ease than before i was taking intrastack. IntraXCell: TASTE: pills have no taste besides the sulfuric smell of NAC content MIX: no mix- pill ENERGY: never felt an extreme energy boost, but always felt good and prepared upon gym entry every session EFFECTS: Prickling sensation nothing distracting or impairing, i'd describe it as a skin tingling that i feel mostly in my face and upper arms. first day on the intrastack- 3 pills intraxcell about 30 min before workout, 1.5 scoops intrabolic during, and 3 more pills intraxcell in a few hours in the evening.
shoulder and tri's: (reps x weight) shoulder press: 12x50 - 10x60 - 8x65 - 6x70 dumbbell lateral raise: 12x12.5 - 10x12.5 - 8x12.5 - 6x15 dumbbell reverse fly: 12x17.5 - 10x17.5 - 8x17.5 - 6x17.5 dumbbell shrugs: 12x40 - 10x40 - 8x45 - 6x45 tricep pushdown: 10x50 - 8x60 - 6x60 one arm cable extension: 10x20 - 8x25 - 6x25 tricep kickback: 10x15 - 8x15 - 6x17.5 felt solid throughout, will push it harder as i get settled into this new routine. hoping intrabolic taste improves over time (or that i don't notice it as much) |

worked BACK muscle group today
did not notice the prickling that much until post workout, when i took second 3-pill dose of Intraxcell. lifts went well, still felt i could power through the last rep which i often stall out on. will try to push myself to the limit next week and make sure that im not just getting complacent. wide grip pullup: 8 unassisted, then 3 sets 10, 8, 6 reps with 25 lb. assistance close grip pulldown: 12x70, 10x77.5, 8x85, 6x100 one arm dbell row: 12x30, 10x30, 8x35, 6x35 bent over barbell row: 12x70, 10x80, 8x80, 6x90 taste of intrabolic not as bad, i think having a larger amount of water to dissolve it in at the beginning rather than adding more as i drank it helped. Rest day-

Muscles worked today: chest and biceps
(one of my favorite days, i can see the pump and feel it more so than i do on others) 3 pills ixl (intraxcell) morning, 1.5 scoops intrabolic during, 3 pills ixl evening with dinner incline dbell press: 12repsx40lbs, 10x40, 8x40, 6x45 flat dbell press: 12x40, 10x45, 8x45, 7x50 incline dbell fly: 12x20, 10x25, 8x25, 6x25 cable crossover: 12x17.5, 10x22.5, 8x22.5, 6x27.5 incline dbell curl: 12x20, 8x25, 6x25 ezcurl bar: 10x50, 8x60, 6x70 standing hammer curl: 10x30, 8x25, 6x25 ![]() (weights listed on dbell exercises as per dumbbell, not total of both combined) still feeling the prickliness, it can get annoying sometimes but isnt a big issue at all, and still feeling a boost in my last reps. definitely a plus |

legs day.
killed me. haven't worked legs in 2 weeks, and it showed. squat: 12x160, 10x210, 8x230, 6x250 leg press: 12x280, 10x280, 8x330, 6x360 Leg Extension: 12x90, 10x100, 8x110, 6x120 deadlift: 12x115, 10x135, 8x115, 6x115 calf raise: 12x150, 10x150, 10x150 it was exhausting today. legs quivering during the deadlifts, had to ease up the weight. The endurance boost is crazy though, feeling strong and able to finish the lifts. increasing weight at almost every set (not necessarily today, but all other days) definitely experiencing a delay and reduction in soreness as well ![]() product appears to be working well, 1 week in. as second week comes around and carnosine levels are supposed to start showing effects of increased concentration, i'm excited to see how my lifts will go. |

definitely needed after the legs annihilation yesterday. 3 pills ixl morning, 3 pills evening, both with food to minimize "prickling" liking this stack so far... |
