Hey man,
Log looks good, just glanced over it quickly but I saw some nice improvements. Do you not have a flat bench where you can do bench press though, it is a great compound exercise that should be a staple in every workout. EDIT - This has encouraged me to do my own log, seems like a great way to track your results and stay motivated. Thanks RTD Last edited by Warno; 09-22-2009 at 12:48 AM. |

regarding a flat bench/barbell press, my gym does have one but i've been doing dumbbell incline press and dumbbell flat press in order to get some symmetry- my right pec is bigger than my left (probably because i only started training this past year at age 20). let me know if you have any other questions. i've been having some real trouble finding time to get results up here, i've been in the middle of waves of tests in business school right now and i'm debating whether or not to try and get the CFA designation or work as analyst and get MBA after a year or two. but thats enough of that. made great gains and feel fantastic after this weeks shoulder/tri and back workouts- had my day off today (needed) and will hit chest and bi's tomorrow. excited and PROMISE that results will be up eventually. just be patient please, its hard enough for me to get out to the gym let alone get stuff up here afterwards. |

Sorry for the confusion (if any), but I was not inquiring about the label of IntraXcell, but moreso about IntrAbolic. AEN has recently switched the labels from 20 servings of IA to 40 servings. And therefore was wondering as to which bottle do you have, th 20 (24g/serving) label or 40 (12g/serving) label. And while the increased in dosage of BA is "fine" (as you mentioned), it's a bit unnecessary IMO. |

and the increased dosage of beta-alanine isn't intended to be necessary, just an amended dosage for the sake of using the product in entirety for the one-month demo. |

looks like the update fervor present towards the end of summer has faded in this supplement log section. This will be my second to last post, i have finally come close to finishing the final stats discussion post for the intrastack demo, and will be starting a new log for my next stack to track progress and share feelings while on a different supp.

barry- here's some of my stats, reflecting from final week's lifts as compared to first week:
legs squat: increased from 250 to 340lb (final/fourth set of 6 reps) leg press: from 360 to 380 (always fatigued from squats before, i think squats gained the most because it was my first leg exercise) chest incline press: from 45lb dbells to 60lb (for final 6rep set) flat press: from 50lb dbell to 65lb dbell biceps incline dbell curl from 25lb to 30lb standing hammer curl from 25 lb to 30lb ezbar curl from 65 to 75 (biceps didnt see many gains, perhaps because they came after four chest exercises every time) back wide grip pull ups from 8 unassisted + 3 sets with assistance to all sets (12/10/8/6) all unassisted close grip pulldown from 100 to 120 one arm dbell row from 25lb to 55 shoulders shoulder press from 70 to 95 shrugs from 45 to 90 (dbells, lb/each) triceps skullcrushers from 50lb to 70lb overhead extension from 45 to 65lb ------- sorry for text heavy mediocre results analysis, work and school have caused an extreme decrease in M&S activity ( )hope to be back on my feet and showing up here a lot more soon |
