i just began week three of the demo, so i'll make my remarks about the demo thus far (just past halfway):
The most obvious benefit i've noticed from INTRASTACK is the endurance boost. As i understood from the literature and bottle labels, the carnosine levels will buffer the acidity and keep muscles in optimal ph-levels so they can perform better. I feel the ability to finish the last reps in a tough set more so than before, when i was just taking whey and some simple carbs during my summer cut. I forgot to take serious measurements at the beginning, so i'm going off eyeball judgments, but i feel some slight gains in size. i've managed to gain a pound or two, hopefully in lean mass. ill get a bodyfat and lean mass check from doug tomorrow. i'm satisfied with this product and my training. I'll definitely look at it again once i try the xtend + vaso stack and burn through my protein- i might try just adding the intraxcell to keep carnosine levels up and replace the xtend with either whey alone or another bcaa+eaa supp. SUMMARY: taste definitely improved/ (or maybe i adjusted to it). it mixes great, even better than my regular whey PWO shake. great endurance boost, it holds true to its claims from what i can tell. hopefully ill be able to report bigger mass gains by the end of the month long demo. hit a bit of a snafu in making a post-demo analysis spreadsheet. can't count the days when i had to switch out an exercise for an alternative due to time constraints. stupid student gyms crowded with clowns.
will refine and get it up eventually. |

Is this log still going on?
I do have an initial question - You mentioned your dosing was 3 pills of IXCell PRE, 1.5 scoops of IA during and another 3 pills of IXCell postworkout. What bottle did you have? Meaning, does the label list 40 servings or 20 servings? Because if it's 20 servings, then no more than 1 scoop is recommended and there was/is no need to take 2 servings (3 pills) of IXCell in a day. |

had a great shoulders and triceps workout today. progressed in several lifts, i think having a more solid training buddy there helps motivate me to lift heavier, gets me out of my habits and comfort. trying to get to the point where i do that by myself, consistently.
anyways, ill post up results tomorrow along with back workout details. will soon be starting a new log for different product, but i'll miss this- definitely felt a boost from ae nutrition's intrastack. hoping to see something similar from my next endeavor. ![]() |
