Default Daves Upper/Lower Split

im thinking about giving duls a shot. Has anyone else tried his routine? If so, how'd you like it/did you get results? Any feedback on this workout would be greatly appreciated.

thanks

Hi mate,

Take a look at this link, it is a section on the forum with many replies and reviews about the Upper/Lower split.
Are You On or Have You Tried Dave's Upper/Lower Body Split?

Of what i have been told, it is a great routine, and provides plenty of work/rest for the muscles.

Give it a shot, there is nothing but good reviews

first of all, thanks for the link. i had read that thread earlier today, but it only gives the perspective of those new to the routine. I was wondering if anyone who has used this routine for a while could comment on how this routine worked for them. I decided to try this routine and completed the first of the workouts this afternoon and my legs are shredded, but i would still like to hear how this routine has worked for others.
