Default 1 muscle a day

if i did 6 days on 1 day off but dedicated everyday to one muscle ex.
monday:legs
tuesday:triceps
wednsday:biceps
thursday:back
friday:chest
saturday:shoulders
sunday:rest
would this be bad, i feel if i do this i can lift harder with one bodypart without worrying about tiring myself out for the next

weren't you just talking about doing a 5 day split in another thread. I think someone menitioned in that thread you were asking about a cutting routine in another thread. You need to set your goals and develop a plan to meet those goals. I think you could really find some benefit in reading through the workout section of this site. The workouts were developed by expereniced members who know what they are talking about. Find a routine that fits your needs and goals, and go with it.

not so much "BAD" but "UNNECESSARY". The smaller muscle groups don't need an entire workout to themselves to stimulate growth. So pairing them up with larger muscle groups would be better.

Another concern. You can't train each body part with the same intensity/voracity 6 days in a row. That's a lot to ask your Central Nervous system to endure (the other system involved in your training). Best to work 2 days on, 1 day off to give your CNS and body a break. And this isn't possible training 6 days a week.

Very good point muscletrainerdh. Remember Heath145, our muscles don't grow/strengthen when we are in the gym, it occurs after, when the body rests and heals.
