i tried this workout 2 weeks ago and can still feel it wen i press my chest with my finger and i even had to lower the weight ALOT towards the end of it ...i couldnt even do my chest workout last week because of it ! great workout tho

all in all a gruelling chest workout u WILL feel and and u WILL be sore for some time after

Default upped my max!

So here's the latest; after finishing this 4 week workout the results are in..............

Extremely happy!!! My max bench was 200 lbs so i tried 205. No problem!!
Did two unassisted reps and 1 with a little help from my partner. The following
week i did 210 unassisted and 1 assisted. So basicly the program increased
my max by 10 lbs. This seems to be a great plateau workout because i was stuck on 200 lbs for mouths.
I'm gonna give it 3 or 4 mouths then try it again. Cheers and thx MS for the great article!!

Just Started it today,

My barbell bench is about 165-175 as of last wednesday.
I did it with 35lbs dumbells and it was SICK.
by the last round, it becomes extremely hard to do them but I finished all my reps and sets, I must say I love it!!

I will go back in a week to do it again

OK... today I started this routine. I typically workout with around 200 to 215 (depending on how I feel) on the barbell. I was worried about this workout because I KNEW I would be hurting, so I dropped my dumbells to 50lb. Holy Crap!!!!!!!!!! Me and my new partner hit it HARD... I "truely and honestly" thought I was going to pass out when I finished up... I had to put a little cold water on my neck and walk around to keep my wits about me. Forced reps was the name of the game today. I though I was going to drop the dumbells on my face 3 different times (Had to literally focus on keeping my hands griped). This is a good chest routine!!!!!!!! Next time I'll eat a little more (today I slacked, go figure!) to ensure I have the energy to finish even harder!!! Great job Damo!
