I think I should win this prize because my current life style is horrible and I need to improve it. Body fat is over time taking over my body, possibly leading to heart and other problems in the future. I know that exercising is a main concept in losing weight, but something else is missing, a diet. I, personally, am no where near being a professional at nutritional analysis and really need the assistance from someone who is. The help from Doug would be able to assist me in not only becoming healthy, but it will open some doors for me such as sports, personals, military, and the ability to do activities I was never able to do previously. This diet plan would be a great assistance of my goals and it would be greatly appreciated.

Josh

Default Hello

i don't actually do musclebuilding, i race bmx which is a very physical sport and obviously you need big muscles and you do that by training (riding my bike weights and stuff like that) but i can find any info on what someone like me should eat so that's my reason why i think i should get this months prize.
thanks matt.

Default I need this prize!!

I believe this prize would help me a lot to improve my knowledge about good nutrition that I require as a bodybuilder, I have been doing this a little over three years I have gained 26p in the last year and still gaining .

Before I was not interested in getting bigger I didn’t eat a lot I only ate small meals with amino acids which was the only supplement I used back then.

Since late 2005 I started making my way toward getting bigger and learning about to get there I am having a hard time getting good information about good nutrition I do eat but mostly not enough I work 9 hours a day I sleep 4 to 5 hours, my weight now is 191.8 pounds my target is 220 pounds, my body type what’s known as genetically gifted therefore all what I need is the good nutrition to support that and improve my mass gaining, I don’t have any allergies or health problems I workout five days a week in my rest days mostly I swim. That’s all about me and I hope I will qualify to get the gift

Many thanks

I believe that life is a competition between people and only the strong survive. In order to be successful in it, you have to be the best. I am not really interested in building the muscle just for the fun part of it e.g. attracting the opposite sex, but I am more interested in the combat aspect of it. Bigger mass provides several advantages, such as the ability to increase the overall strength, having bigger weight than your opponent and therefore having the capacity to improve my punching or kicking power, being able to take the opponent down more easily through a takedown and resist the same attempts from the opponent when he tries. I don’t have too much money in real world to spend on my higher education degree, on the fight sports, on the gym and on the personal trainer who would give me this 14-day nutritional plan that would suit me in the best way, so I need to win this competition to be able to customize my lifestyle to it. I lift weights, I do cardio but I never had a really good advice on nutrition and therefore I think I deserve to win this prize.

Default Pick me I need it!

I believe that I should win the prize as it will help me move off the plateau that I have been on for about a year. I weigh 60 kg and find it impossible to gain any weight because of the rate of my metabolism. I get stronger from weight training but I do not gain any weight and I know that it will hold back my strength gains in the future. I know it is because of my diet; I changed my diet one month ago and started eating 6 times a day and I still have had no weight gains (not even 100g). I hope to gain about 5kg before the end of the year and I feel that a professional diet will help me understand how to eat properly to counteract my metabolism and build strong lean muscle.

Thanks for reading!
Nick
