Common mistakes for squatting #1 says "You can ensure your back is straight my keeping eyes facing forward, chest out, shoulder blades back, and back arched." Should say by.

#3 says "To prevent this keep the rep timing slow and controlled and sick your buttocks out as you go down." Should say stick.

When the description in the video for the prone incline dumbbell curl comes up, it correctly says "prone incline dumbbell curl" but after a second or so it changes to "prone hammer curl". Note that this is in the video, not the text on the page.

Same as above, but for the weighted sissy squat video. It first displays "weighted sissy squat" then changes to "wall squat".
