I'll be the first to say how satisfied I am with the order I placed with M&S. I got my package 3 business days after my order and it arrived very nicely packaged and with 2 free samples of different supps. of my choice. Also a Natural Muscle Magazine included. I plan on using this site as my main source of supplements.

I love how M&S works when it comes to the store. The prices are TERRIFIC and theres no doubt the best shipping available. I mean c'mon. THEY'RE RIGHT NEXT TO FED-EX. LMAO. And Damien puts his all into ensuring that we get treats (trial supplements, magazines, free shaker with $75 or more spent) AND you could pick which supps you want to try!! not just some random crap. All you have to do is PM Damien and he got your back. Once again BEST PRICES!

For the last two years I've been using another internet supplement provider that is based in Pittsburgh near my place of work, so I woudn' t have to pay for shipping.
But I did a side by side comparison, between them and the M&S store and saved over $20ordering from M&S! And that included delivery right to my front door!
I ordered on a Thursday and my supplements arrived a little bit after 12pm on Saturday! Fed Ex no less!
Very satisfied and will be placing all my orders through M&S from now on!

I received my Christmas Eve present - A beanie and black M&S T-Shirt.
I opened the package and thought WOW! That blue on the black is totally awesome!
The beanie is larger than any other lower price ranged beanie and it allows you to actually roll the sides and back up to make it look as though you have a brim...sweet!
If you have a few bucks and want a good looking T or beanie - these are ones to pick up!

Got my order in 5 business days to ship to Canada, compared to another time when I ordered and it took 13 days.. This was a very reasonable time frame. The duty fees on my 5 jars of Animal Pak and 2 jars of Animal Cuts was only 13$ CA at the door.. also very low. This site has a very easy to use store with a link to it on the home page, including sub categories for product selection based on specific goals. With every order, you recieve two free samples that can be selected at random or you can ask for specific samples. In total, ordering from www.muscleandstrength.com saved me a total of $100, even after the canadian-american currency exchange, shipping, AND duty fees.. this site has the lowest price for all supplements I have ever found and I will DEFINATLY be a customer again.
