Being an American living overseas it's very hard for me to find quality supplements. Most internet sites will not ship to Japan and those that do charge extravagent prices for shipping (definately not at cost!). But M&S delivers; they have not only the lowest price I can get but also reasonable shipping. I ordered 8 can's of Animal Pak with 44 packs inside. The cost of each can was $15 less with shipping than other providers excluding shipping! I'm sold; I'll be buying here for as long as M&S is in business. The extra's are nice and Damien add's that personal touch. Note on shipping: In Japan I did not have to pay any Duty's (this time) and the package arrived in 9 business days, which is rather fast considering I live halfway across the world from the M&S Store. Cheers guys!

I ordered several shirts, a hat, and a set of calipers on Friday, and my package arrived promptly on Tuesday afternoon. The M&S store team got my order exactly right and threw in some great samples as well. I also received a coupon for 10% off my next order from M&S.com.
All the M&S gear is high quality, and I am modeling some of it as I write this review. Will definitely order from again, thanks Damien!

Damien-
I just wanted to say that your call center guys are really nice! I had order some stuff today but -duurrrr- I forgot to order the protien powder! I called in to see if I could add it to the order I had just did 2 mins before online. I couldn't but the guy was really great about and was really friendly and nice. Working in a call center myself I know how crazy it can be and it is so important to a business for the people in his position to set a good tone for the business. His name was Shawn and I just wanted to say he deserves a raise!

Yeah he said he just joined the forum, so I think it might be the same guy. I gave the guy in the background alot of grief! He had an Aussie accent. I asked him if the girls ordered more stuff from him because of the accent. Accents are sooooo sexy

Thanks Tonya, I'll pass that on to Shawn. Shawn does a real good job running the warehouse and customer service side of things.
LOL, and yeah, that was me in the background  A lot of people don't like the accent, they think we have a call center in India or something! |

Christmas in Feb
Just received my 3rd or 4th shipment. Great as always. 2 packets of free samples, free natural bodybuilding mag, a free ON shaker..really does fell like Christmas morning..if you haven't tried the store, your missing out!!
