The rest of my body was growing fine (apart from calves), I didn't need to work on them

I am starting my new workout routine on sunday .. and this is the leg workout im doing. i sure as hell hope it pays off, i think im gonna cry doing it.

did heavy week workout on thursday.. my legs are still a little bit fatigued by regular exercise. excellent set up.

Currently bulking 4000 calories +
Supplements.. naNo vapor, muscle juice 2544, creatine monohydrate, whey protein
Bench 250, Squat 280, Deadlift 330
