I am just about to finish my first tub of cell tech hardcore. And I've gotten great gains. 10 lbs of mass and my bench and squat went up alot. Everyone is saying I look much bigger to, even joking that I must be on steriods. I would highly reccomend it. I have a couple questions for doug.
1) this tub was 4.5 lbs, should i got to a 6.7 lbs, or get another 4.5 lbs.
2) You told me to do two tubs and then break. How long do I break for. Also since i'm not breaking in between the 1st and 2nd tub I'm guessing I should skip the loading phase?
3) Some people have told me my gains are temporary and that once I get off it, I will lose what I gained. (A trainer at the gym). Is this true?
4) I read here that you don't need to cycle cell tech hardcore. I don't believe it's true but just want your opinion since you told me to do two tubs and then break.

Thanks for all your help doug, so far all your advice and your workout has been great for me. I hope everyone will try this creatine product based on the success I got from it in only 3 weeks.
