Default # of sets for diff muscle groups

i know there are certain numbers of sets that you are supposed to do for different muscle groups. i remember reading about this somewhere on the cite but i cant seem to find it now, if someone could point me in the right direction that would be great

Hi..For experienced lifters, 12 - 15 sets for large bodyparts, 8 - 10 set's for triceps, 6-8 set's for bicpes.....

ok thanks for the help!

one more thing if for one body part i am doing 3 excersies one compound and two isolated should i start with the compound or isolated excersies or does it not matter?

The compound exercises are the main building exercises and should alway be done first in a routine..
