Hi mate, if you are only 6-12 months into your training, your forearms should be growing with your other exercises quite well without isolation. Do you use grip straps? If your routine is fine, try and add some forearm exercises in your bicep days, i usually did them at the end of the workout. Have a look at these, http://www.muscleandstrength.com/exe.../forearms.html Gav

It is getting close to one year to two years of training now. I do mix forearms with biceps. however it seems that what I am doing with my forearms are wrong. I do armweslte with my right hand. I know that could be why my right is bigger than the left one, but will doing a Reverse Barbell Wrist Curl and Reverse Barbell Curl workout for my forearms will cause my left side to grow faster than my right because it is weaker?

hi again, i had just read on your profile that your training experience was 6-12 months, which is why my original advice was such. If you arm wrestle alot, that could play a part in the size difference of your forearms. Using the barbell exercises for your forearms should in time level out the size difference. Because whilst your weaker arm will be pushing itself harder, it will grow faster then your strong forearm which wont be under as much stress. This in time should balance out your forearms to equal strength. Hope this helps mate, Gav

Another angle would be to use a dumbell in each instead of the barbell.
If you are doing a set of 8 reps - do 10 on the left and only 8 on the right and start on the weaker side for each set.
