Default Not enough shoulders??

I am doing Shauns 4 day split and I feel like the shoulder workout just isnt hitting my shoulders hard enough... heres the workout:

Military Press - 4 x10
Dumbbell Lateral Raise - 3 x10
Bent over reverse Crossover - 3 x10
Shrugs 3 x10

ANy thoughts?

I am assuming the shrugs are db shrugs?

When I do shoulders, I do DB shrugs 4 sets, and I superset them with 20 quick shrugs using 45 lb plates. That gets your shoulders going!

Shrugs work your traps not your shoulders.

In the reply to the OP, i'm pretty sure its enough. Its what i've been doing for my shoulders for a while and they have responded well. Also the delts are a small muscle group so they dont need many sets.

If your performing the workout correctly and using enough weight for the number of sets then it is will provide results

I was doing this workout also and it did enough for my shoulders.. Are you supersetting the shrugs like it says to?
