- being dehydrated (not recommended unless prepping for a show or photo shoot) - drinking dry dry red wine - carb loading and spiking your insulin (not recommended unless prepping for a show or photo shoot or PWO)

Maintaining low BF% and continuing my lifts I've seen a lot of veins coming out. I hover around the 9-10% and this seems to be where the line is to get noticeable "Vascular Achievements" as I call them!

cardio does wonders as well. the more fit you are overall (cardio wise as well as lower body fat level) the more vein pop you will have. Im sure genetics comes in a little bit as well...
