I heard once that if you grab the heaviest weight you can hold then just hold it for like 45 minutes that this makes the veins stand more.

I never believed it and still think its rubbish but its an interesting thought.

i've heard weirder things that is for sure..

all i know is i can just be washing a few dishes and i get major vein pop in my forearms. Not as huge as some PWO times, but still considering the low amount of effort / exertion, pretty good..

Sorry to highjack the thread or anything but.. i've been bulking for about 2-3 weeks now, I think I've gained fat along with muscle, but I see more veins pop out than before? Is this meaning I lost bodyfat with gaining muscle or what? I don't seem to understand why this is occuring.

I asked my biology teacher who is also the basketballs weightlifting coach how to get my veins to pop out. He didn't mention anything about getting skinny, he said I needed to gain more muscle mass. I guess it makes sense, I'm relatively skinny (13 - 15% bodyfat) but my veins come out a lot more now ever since I've gained mass on my forearms.

I'd say to get a lot of veins you need low body fat, a good amount of muscle and a bit of genetics. All that dehydration stuff really only works well when your bodyfat is low and isn't recommended anyways.

controlled labs glycergrow helps, I've been taking it for a few weeks and already notice a few more veins popping out.

I don't know a whole lot, but what happened for me is that once i started gaining muscle mass and lost weight. Now i'm down around 11-13% bf i see veins a whole lot more, esp PWO. So my suggestion is gain muscle, lose fat and you'll start "mapquesting" on ur forearms in no time.

heat will make your veins stick out aswell.
and yea definatley low body fat, im down to 10.2% and my veins are crazy
musscle mass isnt nessicarily correct, people with little musscle mass can have "good" veins because the musscle that they have is so close to the skin because of thier low body fat
