Default bulking and have a quetsion????

Hello Hello,

I have been bulking for 8 weeks and I am currenlty on Week 8 of the 10 week mass building program from this web site. I have gained about 8 or 9 pounds. I have started to notice some fat forming around my neck and face and a little on the lower chest. My diet is spot on and I still have visibal abs. So my question is can I cantinue to bulk for another 8 to 10 weeks with minimal fat gain. And if I want minimal fat gain should I cut my carbs or fats a little..... right now I am usually about 15 grams short on fat per day... And maybe 20 grams high in carbs some days..

Any thoughts anyone...

My understanding is if the carbs are not burned they are stored as fat, so adjusting the balance may not be your issue. Look at cutting back on the +500cal if you are adding more than lean muscle. Bulking and cutting is a juggling match, ever 2 weeks or so you must readjust your meal plan. Good Luck!
