Just looking for some tips on building the middle of my chest and calving that line between the pecs.
Im trying Narrow grip bench press, hands in press ups, dips and flys at the moment but not seeing what I want to see.

How visible that line is, is a function of your body fat levels and genetics. You cannot train to get that line. When you cut you'll either see it or you won't. Sorry.

As LtL stated, you can't train to get it.
As far as 'building' the middle of your chest, it would stand to reason that the grove down the center would come from 'building' the chest muscles in general to create that cleavage? :P Haha good luck man, remember it all takes time

Yeah it has a lot to do with BF% and general development of the pectorals. FYI narrow grip tends to work your Tri's a lot more than your pecs.

What exercises do you do that you can feel the tightness in that area? For example, when doing flys, when my arms are farthest apart I feel the 'burn' on the outer pecs, but when my arms/hands come together, I can feel the 'burn' in the middle of my chest.
However, I would never regret doing partial reps that start halfway and only do 25% of range, though, you could bring the pec deck together and then just HOLD it there. A bit of negative (eccentric) reps might help out a bit.
