Default shocker!

so i think its about time that i do something to shock the biceps into some growth, i heard alot about dropsets and other methods. i dont understand how many reps and such i should do when doing a dropset. can anyone recomend a good bicep shocker for one workout.

Why do you think that its time for the biceps to get some shock training, what about the rest of the body, ???? or do you only concentrate on your biceps

How would you shock the chest? i already heard it was a slow growing muscle. Im doing the dumbell and barbell workout and although i havent reached a plateau i would like to know how to get past it.

it just seems like my biceps have stopped growing compared to the other parts of my body, so i figured they were the only ones that could use it. Should i take the next week to shock everything?

For training less than six months you shouldnt of hit a plateau, your training or diet must be wrong or your doing to much training on the biceps and they arent growing..

in that case, im think im just not using strict enough form on the biceps. I'll work on that on my next bicep workout.

How often do you train biceps, and how many sets do you perform

Do your normal warm ups,

Do 2 sets 8 reps barbell curl..

Use a weight for dumbell curls that you can do 8 reps, then hit the rack and perform each set of dumbells down the rack untill there is no dumbells left, then pick a barbell up with a light weight and perform 50 reps, strict form on everything. forget the burn, work through it. Do this 4 times......

considering i probably havnt hit a plateau yet, should i maybe hold off from doing this shock workout until i have hit that plateau? ive looked around the forums and im thinkin my main issue is doing the 2-1-2 second reps, mayb dropping the weight a little to make sure i keep form.
