Yeah definitely drop the weight and do as Doug has suggested. I did this and I've gained some serious size on my biceps since then.. Really squeeze the hell out of your bicep on the top of that rep lol, it gets some good blood flowing to it. If you do that, I guarantee you'll be struggling on the next couple of sets..Feel the burn

SWEET!!
My arms are sore for three days whenever I do down the rack.
(I had to start with 15 lbs. since we have 12.5, 10's, 7.5 and 5's)
