Default Love Handles?

I took a picture, bit worried about my mid-section getting bit too flabby, im bulking at the moment, tell me whether you think im getting too " flabby " in there.

http://www.muscleandstrength.com/gal...to=962&cat=500

got a bodyfat between 15-16%
Every time i bulk i seem to back-fire in the mid-section dept. Yet all other muscles are getting good gains.. ..

At 15-16% body fat, is considered normal, you have to decide what body fat percentage you want to stay at, and adjust calories to suit...

LOL,
The mid-section, how does it look to you? anything to be worried about ??
Id love it if you could to my bodyfat percent for me , keeen to know how my gaining is going
Also, if gaining too much fat, is it ok to reduce the calories a bit maybe 50 per meal or something , and go from there?

I mean, im eating the cals i need per day, +500 to 600 extra for muscle gain.
I count every meal, except dinner for who knows whats in it lol
