Default Building Strength and Endurance, but with a nice tone body

How can I build a muscular body [Nothing extreme, like a body builder but more like what you would see as an "ideal" looking Lifeguard and/or Martial Artist since those are what I am] but build Strength and Endurance

Which workout would work best to build defined muscle with strength and endurance and such things?

Anything I should change about my diet, my diet as off now is
3500 Calories, 30/50/20 PCF

Thanks guys

What you want to achieve is only possible over the long term, each one of the goals listed would require different training phases, you can construct a macrocycle (training phase) which contains each of your training phases (microcycles) for an explanation of this type of training have a look at this article

Not if he keeps his diet up and takes in all the calories he needs to cover all that that gets burned from aerobic exercise. Its difficult but very doable
