Default supersetting

I started supersetting last week and it got me thinking .. if i do different exercise supersets like shoulder press followed by front lateral raise, do i use a lighter weight for the second exercise compared to what i would have used if i done both exercises on their own?

Slightly less weight is used in superset exercises, due to no rest between sets (Rip Up!, p. 26).

Hope that helps.
