Default Looking to start a dedicated program

I've finally gotten really tired with my body, and would like to turn things around.

I've got some muscle, but a ton of fat covering everything. I'm 5'8/5'9 190-195, and I'd really like to get down to 170-180 range, with a much lower body fat percentage. I'm probably up near 30% BF right now, and I'd like to get down to 10 or less. I'm really willing to do this.

My main problem is my "man boobs" that I've developed. They're really tiring and uncomfortable, and I'd really really like to develop a flat chest over time.

Can someone recommend a good solid routine? I figure my best path would be to cut lots of fat, and once I get down to a lower BF%, I can work on bulking up. I just want to get leaner for now, with some arm and leg strengthing on the side.

Any help would be awesome.

also go down to diet and nutrition and there is a sticky called "want to know your BF%".

follow the instructions and it will tell you where you are at. 5'9 195lbs and 30% BF doesnt seem quite right. Doug can tell you a more accurate %.
