You usually want to take a week of every 8-12 weeks. This will give your CNS some time to rest and heal. More often then note you will feel stronger when you comeback from your week off than you were before. It is also nice to have the week off to give yourself a break from the mental discipline of working out, just don't let your diet go to crap.

thank you ..i have been working out for 10 weeks now i think in 2 weeks i will get a week off ..just to recover and get my energy back!!
