Default help required asap plz?

hi im goin 2 start from 2moro doug intermediate routine, i wanted 2 knw after my weights workout would it b best if i do 30-40min of cardio 2 lose the fat or would that not work cuz i would b taking in more calories 2 buid muscle

you need to either cut(lose fast) or bulk(gain muscle) you can not do both. so if you want to cut decrease your cals and do low intensity cardio after weight session. if you want bulk increase cals and do not perfrom cardio after weight session.

m8 cheers, the thing is that i had a m8 who was 15 stones and he lost 3 stones in about 4months but he gained more strength and muscl size, why is this?

if he was new to training you can see some gains early on... but the bigger part is that he probably didnt build too much muscle, it was more that he became more defined as he lost weight. without all the fat covering your mucles they will appear bigger

First,U can build muscle and lose aft in the first 12 weeks,,,second when u lose fat the deffinition of the musles increases making them more aparent,,

I thought cardio, even a small amount, was still important, even when bulking, or do you mean just not straight after weight training?

yes I mean after training, like 30-60 minutes. a 5 minute walk or bike ride is fine for warm ups.
