Default Weight Gain

Over the past week i have gone from 85.5kg to 85.8kg
Wondering if i should increase my cal's further? or just stay with it now.
Thats a 300g total gain in 1 week.

Currently cutting, Consuming around 2700 cals per day, Slowly reducing cals now for the cut !
Weight- 192.9lbs, 15-16% bodyfat

Remember to drink alot of water!
Muscles is 70% water, 22% protein and 8% random minerals and stuff

Drink about 100oz of water a day, and dont do any cardio and try not to over train and also what is your ratio with protein-carbs-fats

My P/C/F ratio is: 25-30/75/15

On 3600 cals per day, well around 3600 cals anyway..
So what about the 300g increase? should i be increasing cals further?

I wouldnt jump to change anything yet man. Did you weigh yourself first thing in the morning (after going to toilet) each time? And have you been making steady gains up until now? You mightve just had an off week.

Train as hard as you can next week and if you dont make your usual gains then start adding to your diet
